Responsible Gaming Manager

We are looking for a Responsible Gaming Manager to join our Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Responsible for handling all cases relating to problem gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers. You will continually review and improve existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies as well as work with the Training team to provide ongoing training to customer service staff.

  • Responsible for handling all cases relating to problem gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers while liaising with internal departments and making detailed logs of each case.
  • Review and improve existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies & legislations.
  • Initiate, recommend, develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures to continuously enhance the overall effectiveness of those programs.
  • Educate and provide information to all staff in RG strategies and procedures
  • Work with the Training Team to provide ongoing RG training to customer service staff
  • Maintaining logs in relation to problem gaming & complaints, including liaising with corresponding bodies (ADRs & regulatory entities).
  • Promote awareness of responsible gaming issues among staff.
  • Ensure Responsible Gaming is an integral part of the daily operations in everything, from customer service to marketing and technical enhancements.
  • Responsible for training of any potential new hire within the RG Team.


  • Fluency in both written and oral English.
  • Must have at least 3 years working experience in Responsible Gaming.
  • In-depth knowledge of responsible gaming regulations in relevant markets.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation.
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to draft & update the policies and procedures of the Company ensuring Compliance.
  • Deal with all Regulatory bodies on all RG-related matters.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of AML requirements would be beneficial.
  • Participate in general company administration.

  • Resilient, approach to working in a dynamic, complex and often hectic environment
  • Proven track record of making decisions and problem solving
  • Operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and confidentiality, acting in the best interest of the business at all times
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard whilst under pressure.
