We are currently looking to expand our current team with an experienced  Talent Acquisition Partner to form part of our Recruitment team at our Malta Head Office. The individual will handle all aspects of the recruitment/talent acquisition cycle with a fun and outgoing personality – we truly believe we offer something special as employers and want others to know about it! 

Key responsibilities include identification of recruitment needs, handling recruitment campaigns, candidate sifting, interview handling. You will be responsible for championing, sustaining and driving our employment branding via any means necessary, social media outreach, networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities and generally working to build and enhance the technical talent pool for our organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • With responsibility for providing a first-class experience in talent acquisition, you will ensure best practice across the full end-to-end recruiting and on-boarding cycle;
  • You will focus on collaboration with department heads for the planning of personnel resources;
  • You will be responsible for the design, coordination and successful execution of interviews, employee assessments and feedback discussions in a timely and respectful manner;
  • You will closely collaborate with stakeholders to develop, innovate and manage our candidate sourcing, developing a strong talent pipeline; 
  • Pro-actively utilise tools such as LinkedIn, Facebook and others to attract top talent;
  • Participate in iGaming conferences and meetups to network with various professionals;
  • Perform initial interviews to analyze applicants’ abilities, and demonstrate an ability to anticipate hiring manager needs and preferences;
  • Interface with other HR/Training team members to utilize and improve talent acquisition and retention practices and programs such as managing the communication between offer acceptance and start date, onboarding and induction etc.

Requirements:

  • Strong recruitment experience (3 years+) ideally working as a Talent Acquisition Partner within a comparative industry;
  • Combination of working both in-house and agency would be ideal but not necessary,
  • Familiarity working with a variety of ATS’;
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-growing industry which needs constantly evolve;
  • Ideally a basic knowledge of Maltese employment law;
  • A fun and outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    Native knowledge of written and spoken English.
