CRM Coordinator

Jackpotjoy group, is a global online gaming operator with over 30 online bingo and casino brands including Jackpotjoy, Costa Bingo, Vera&John, Botemania, Starspins, and Intercasino. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of customer-focused relationships via highly targeted promotions and content, whilst assisting the Campaign Manager and The Head of CRM in the continuous improvement of all CRM related planning and communication across various brands. 

The CRM Coordinator reports to the CRM Manager and is employed by Dumarca Gaming Ltd.

Key accountabilities

  • Assisting with the execution of retention / localised / VIP campaign plans for various markets / cross brands / customer segments.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivering of CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
  • Responsible for the creation of customer communications like mailers, SMS, audio calls and site content, as well as the creation of bonus programs and templates for the variety of promotions set.
  • Assisting with content planning, task assignment for content requests and assisting with the overall smooth running of the content production across all brands.
  • Assisting with the implementation of broadcast material, whether it be mailer production, SMS planning and coordinating.
  • Gaining a wider knowledge into campaign planning production in general and being able to assist where necessary.
  • Owning your own campaigns! You’ll be responsible for a wide range of promotional activity from the thought process right through until the execution phase.
  • Executing campaigns through our various platforms, such as IBM Marketing Cloud, Optimove, similar SMS sending platforms along with our own web front and back end systems.
  • Ensuring that the customer care agents are kept fully up to date with upcoming promotions, localised campaigns, network promotions and any other CRM activity, across all brands.
  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.


The most important set of skills required for this role, is the ability to be extremely well structured, organised and meticulous in your work. It’s also very important that you are 100% a team player as the role involves working very closely with other members of the campaigns team, providing feedback, showing your initiative on a daily basis and suggesting improvements of processes and workflows to ensure we’re consistently delivering top-notch Campaigns to our players. 2 years previous experience within a similar role is also required.
