Responsible Gambling Officer - Swedish Speaking

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling all cases relating to problem gambling and underage gamblers. You will continually review and improve existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies as well as work with the player facing departments to make sure they are aware of the social responsibility we have throughout the company.

  • Handle all Responsible gambling cases while liaising with internal departments and making detailed logs of each case.
  • Daily reviewing, monitoring and follow up on specific RG cases related to our proactive approach of possible at risk customers
  • Interact with RG customers via chat, email, phone and other channels
  • Review and monitor the current responsible gambling programs and the effectiveness of those programs.
  • Recommend policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of those programs.
  • Ensure Responsible Gambling is an integral part of the daily operations in everything, from customer service to marketing and technical enhancements.
  • Educate and provide information to all staff in Responsible Gambling strategies and procedures.
  • Promote awareness of responsible gambling issues.
  • Ensure Compliance with Responsible Gambling Legislative Requirements. 


  • Fluency in both written and oral English and Swedish
  • Must have at least 1 year working experience in the iGaming industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of responsible gambling regulations in relevant markets.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation.
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Some understanding of AML requirements would be beneficial
  • Participate in general company administration.
