Digital Media Manager – Affiliates

SUMMARY

Jackpotjoy group, is a global online gaming operator with over 30 online bingo and casino brands including Jackpotjoy, Vera&John, Botemania, Starspins, and Intercasino. We are looking to continue expanding our acquisition team across multiple disciplines and markets.  Reporting into the Head of Acquisition, this person will be the subject matter expert for this area. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, manage and grow affiliate relationships whilst considering the role of the channel in the wider media mix
  • Ensuring that data-driven decisions promote profitable growth
  • Working with individual partners to maximise ROI/ROAS to a deal-level
  • Developing Affiliate capabilities in areas such as SEO best practices and A/B testing
  • De-duplication of Affiliate traffic against all other sources
  • Deliver attribution analyses to identify how the channel assists at various stages of the user journeys
  • Delivering a fully synchronised acquisition campaign by aligning with other channels such as Programmatic, PPC and Social
  • Working with above channels to consider message sequencing
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics reporting such as Multi-Channel Funnels: Conversion Paths & and Model Comparison Tool
  • Ensuring Affiliation is properly represented within the Google Marketing Platform and attribution models
  • Creation of reporting dashboards in visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio and Power BI
  • Assisting with Tag Management for key affiliates

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • History or working in cross-channel environments
  • Proven track record of success
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong salesmanship attitude
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, written and verbally.
  • A drive to succeed and complete campaigns within budget, on time and with the highest quality.
  • Creative person with an eye for detail. Is able to execute ROI (or similar) analysis on marketing campaigns.
  • Have a good understanding of the gaming business ROI, effects of bonus mechanics, freespins, average revenues per user etc
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Drive to learn and contribute with ideas to make continuous improvements.
  • Multiple languages a plus, but not required.
