Working across the various geographic markets, using a combination of licensed and proprietary developed product, the Head of Casino (RNG) is responsible for delivering the Jackptjoy Winning Feeling to our RNG Casino customers across The World. Tasks include; the Identification of market needs, defining product vision and proposition, creating innovative product features around the RNG product using either proprietary or licensed technology, researching, negotiating and launching new products, the optimization of performance and maintaining healthy relationships with existing partners.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using your own knowledge and working across all stakeholders of jackpotjoy group, defining the product vision and working with the product owners to turn the vision into a differentiated, best in class player experience.
- In depth understanding, gained through a combination of market needs analysis, competitor analysis and deep Casino knowledge from both a player and product perspective.
- Tracking and evaluating the performance and continually analysing, testing and optimising.
- Commercial management of third-party supplier relationships, handling all negotiations, contract reviews, and related paperwork with Game Providers, whilst keeping regulatory requirements and related legislation at the forefront of all arrangements;
- Building partnerships with suppliers further to generate exclusive deals i.e. early access to game launches, bespoke content, marketing budgets to support campaigns and opportunities to work collaboratively on joint product initiatives.
- Working with Gaming Operations, Retention and Marketing teams to negotiate budgets to support monthly/quarterly campaign plans.
- Adhering to Compliance requirements with the support of the Legal and Compliance team such as: participating in Audits, related reporting, delivering on provider-related service obligations, and keeping abreast of licence obligations (concerning product) issued by related authorities;
- Monitor roadmap prioritisation and delivery working with third parties as required.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English;
- A proven track record in delivering innovative solutions that create player loyalty in an online environment;

- A fun, passionate and assertive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A meticulous approach with an eye for detail and a personal value towards professionality, and integrity;

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- At least 3 years’ experience in leading an online Casino vertical;
- Experienced and comfortable with leading product and defining product vision and strategy;
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with an entrepreneurial flair;
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship management skills;
- Organised and disciplined project management skills;
